  Slow service and not busy at all. Grandson ordered the kids cheese pizza and my sister and I ordered salad bar. My grandsons pizza was still frozen. The apple salad and the slaw from salad bar was rotten. Waitress never came back to see if we wanted more drinks or anything. When bill came she said we took the pizza off your bill. My sister gave her a coupon for buy on f=get one 50% off. She came back and said you can't use the coupon because we took the pizza off. They messed up not us. Don't think I will be back to visit that place.

  Will not be coming back. After they changed the menu a few years ago we stopped coming because it went downhill after that. Whoever they have cooking the meat back there needs to be fired. The hamburger I received was still mooing after I ordered medium well. My fathers steak was suppose to be medium well it was no where near cooked he couldn’t even eat his meal. This is suppose to be a well run restaurant, a business. They ran out of almost ten things the most popular things on the menu. Completely unprofessional. The meal my dad got was suppose to come with jumbo shrimp they ran out of them so instead of giving him the option of ordering something else they bring him so fried popcorn shrimp. Two completely different foods. The only thing he was able to eat that night was the baked potato. There is nothing appealing about this Ruby Tuesday’s would not recommend for a long time. Until they get there act together will not be returning.

  My family went and service was incredibly slow! There was the one lady who got in and out while we waited for our food! And if your saying it was the food, it wasn't, there was two sandwiches and a chicken. But other than that the food is great!

  It took my husband and I over an hour to get our food. When the waitress came back to the table to tell us they were working on it we asked her to just pack it to go. Another 10 minutes to do that. I would understand if it were busy but it wasn’t at all. If I wanted to spend $70 on a dinner I would have to take home and re cook because it wasn’t even cooked right I would have just went to Walmart! 😡

  I had a sirloin steak with zucchinni and onion rings for sides and everything was delicious. The steak was tender and the onion rings were nice and crunchy. For dessert I had the caramel crunch cake with buttercream frosting and I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. Best cake ever. Service was great. I was very happy with my visit.
